■Strawberry Art of Strawberry
These large, eye-catching strawberries are delicate candy sculptures, each one handcrafted in the pastry workshop led by Executive Pastry Chef Matsuo Hiroyuki. When you open the lid of the strawberry-shaped candy container, fresh strawberries from Kamigamo, Kyoto, who have been playing hide-and-seek, suddenly pop out, revealing a soft, melt-in-your-mouth condensed milk espuma, sweet and sour strawberry compote, and light and fluffy genoise. Accented with the elegantly sweet taste of wasanbon cream and yuzu jelly and jam, and combined with the crunchy texture of white chocolate corn flakes, this luxurious parfait is layered with eight different flavors. A seasonal offering that awaits you with anticipation of spring, "Strawberry Art of Strawberry" is sure to satisfy your soul. Please also enjoy chocolates that look just like real strawberries.
