Amid the greenery of Yoyogi Park, the main dining space at TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK, PIZZERIA e TRATTORIA L’OMBELICO, is offering a special collaboration menu with Ulivo, a popular Italian restaurant from New York’s NoMad district.Available from October 25 to November 30, the limited-time menu captures the flavors of autumn, presented across both lunch and dinner.

Founded in 2016 in New York, Ulivo is known for reinterpreting Italian culinary traditions through the lens of multicultural creativity.This collaboration brings together the urban sensibilities of Tokyo and New York, creating dishes that embody L’OMBELICO’s philosophy of harmony with nature while weaving a dialogue between seasonality and culture.

Autumn on the Table — Lunch and Dinner
At lunchtime, alongside L’OMBELICO’s regular set menu (from ¥3,400), guests can enjoy special dishes infused with Ulivo’s signature flair — such as Fusilli alla Trapanese (+¥500) and Pear and Gorgonzola Pizza (+¥600), each evoking the delicate aroma of autumn.

During dinner service, a full course menu (¥7,800, tax and service included) supervised by Ulivo is available.From appetizers to dessert, the menu harmonizes New York’s creative sensibility with the depth of Japan’s seasonal ingredients — featuring sweet potatoes, octopus, and pears.À la carte options (¥2,400–¥4,600) are also offered throughout the collaboration period, allowing guests to tailor their dining experience.On October 25 and 26, Ulivo’s chef Emanuele Concas visited Japan to personally oversee the kitchen, presenting dishes that expressed the restaurant’s authentic New York spirit through Tokyo’s seasonal palette.

Ulivo
Following the success of their popular Michelin-starred restaurant "Mercato" in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen, chef Emanuel Concas and his partner Fabio Camardi have opened Ulivo. This popular Italian restaurant opened in New York's NoMad district in 2016. It offers a blend of Sardinian tradition and New York sophistication, complemented by homemade pasta and carefully selected ingredients. Enjoy natural wines from around Italy paired with the warm, Mediterranean-style atmosphere. TRUNK(HOTEL) is a boutique hotel brand from Japan that opened in Jingumae, Shibuya Ward, in May 2017, embodying the concept of "socializing," which encourages individuals to live their daily lives in their own unique way, without straining themselves, and with a social purpose. In 2019, TRUNK(HOUSE) opened in Kagurazaka, a renovated former geisha training hall offering exclusive rental accommodation. TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK will open in Tomigaya, Shibuya Ward, in September 2023. We aim to create hotels with different concepts for each location, offering a one-of-a-kind luxurious accommodation experience.
