Cherry blossom and strawberry sweets are back again this year, bringing a touch of spring to your cherry blossom viewing experience. Why not enjoy some Sadaharu Aoki spring sweets? Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris will be gradually releasing cherry blossom and strawberry sweets at six directly managed stores across Japan.

Three cherry blossom sweets will be available again this year, bringing a touch of spring to your viewing experience. One of these, the "Eclair Sakura," is a classic Sadaharu Aoki spring treat that many people look forward to every year. Perfect for outdoor cherry blossom viewing or tea time at home.

Sweets made with plenty of delicious strawberries are also available at this time of year. We offer a full lineup of three sweets: the classic French pastry "Fraisier," the popular "Paradis Fraise" made with pistachios, and "Tarte Fraise Citron," which exquisitely pairs the tartness of lemon and strawberries with the sweetness of white chocolate. We have also added the new "Cheese Cake Fruits Rouge," to bring you the delicious flavors of the season.
