New Focaccia Sandwiches (3 Types)

The popular "Focaccia" has been revamped! Using the new focaccia, which has been updated with a moister, chewier texture, three new recipes have been released for delicious no-heat sandwiches.

《Sliced Sausage & Cheese Focaccia》

"Sliced Sausage & Cheese Focaccia" (540 yen)
Bread is spread with whole grain mustard mayonnaise and sandwiched between two types of sliced sausage (Lyon sausage and soft salami sausage), tomatoes, and sliced cheese. This satisfying dish allows you to fully enjoy the harmony of the two different sausages.

《Tuna Confit & Avocado Focaccia》

Tuna Confit & Avocado Focaccia (540 yen)
This focaccia sandwich features tuna and onion, avocado, and tuna confit tossed in tapenade sauce, as well as lettuce, green leaves, and red onion slices. The use of two types of tuna (confit and chunks) creates a difference in flavor and texture, while the creamy, mellow avocado and tapenade sauce create a sandwich with a rich, deep flavor.

《Herb Tomato & Soy Hamburger Focaccia》

Herb Tomato & Soy Hamburger Focaccia (540 yen)
Focaccia is spread with yellow mustard and mayonnaise, and topped with soy hamburger steak tossed in herb-tomato sauce and onion, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and green leaves. Made primarily from soy protein, the soy hamburger steak has a texture and feel similar to a meat patty. (Note: Eggs are used as a binder for soy hamburgers.)

New Sweets (4 Types)

Following the focaccia sandwiches, we're introducing sweets. Four exciting new items are available: Black Tea Almond Milk Cake, Orange & Rare Cheesecake, Lemon Cream Cheese Bar, and American Waffles.

Black Tea Almond Milk Cake

Black Tea Almond Milk Cake (440 yen)
A cake made with almond milk is here! This cake has a unique texture, with the gentle flavor of almond milk and an exquisitely moist crust.

The Darjeeling black tea dough is baked using almond milk instead of cow's milk. A touch of cinnamon powder adds a touch of subtle flavor, and the top is topped with a light honey-flavored almond milk whipped cream. It's finished off with a sprinkling of Darjeeling black tea powder and powdered sugar.

《Orange & Rare Cheesecake》

Orange & Rare Cheesecake (460 yen)
Don't miss this fresh, juicy orange-infused cheesecake!

This cake features a sponge cake topped with a light-flavored rare cheese cream and garnished with vibrant orange pulp, creating a refreshing, light-flavored, spring-like cake with a light flavor and texture.

《Lemon Cream Cheese Bar》

Lemon Cream Cheese Bar (¥270)
This is a revamped version of the "Lemon Cream Cheese Bar" that was released last summer.

The recipe has been updated to bring out the lemon flavor even more, resulting in a moist, dense texture and rich flavor. The dough is kneaded with lemon peel, white chocolate chunks, ginger, and other ingredients, and is layered with lemon cream cheese filling and lemon cream. The top is then finished with a white chocolate coating. It's the perfect size for when you want something sweet during your coffee break.

《American Waffle》

American Waffle (¥250)
Starbucks' long-loved American waffle has been revamped! The recipe has been refined to create an even lighter, crispier texture when heated.

One side of the batter is topped with a small amount of waffle sugar*, adding a sweet accent to the plain batter for a flavor you'll never get tired of. The waffle batter uses fermented butter, giving it a rich aroma and a full-bodied flavor.

*Waffle sugar: Small lumps of sugar about 5mm in size. They are resistant to heat, so some of them remain intact when the waffles are baked, allowing you to enjoy the crunchy texture of the sugar.
