Pastry boutique "Westin Deli" will be introducing a new cherry blossom-scented version of its popular butter sandwich, perfect for spring. Additionally, Sky Lounge "Compass Rose" on the 22nd floor will be serving fragrant cocktails reminiscent of cherry blossoms at night, perfect for spring evenings. Enjoy special spring-colored sweets and cocktails to brighten your day during cherry blossom season.

The Westin Deli, a pastry boutique offering cakes lined up in the display case, as well as carefully crafted pastries, bakery goods, and gift items, will be selling a seasonal version of the butter sandwich that was first offered last year. Dried cranberries marinated in cherry liqueur are mixed into butter cream blended with cherry liqueur, and the sandwich is made into a moist yet light and crispy sable cookie. The buttercream and dried cranberries are a perfect match, and the taste and texture of the sable melts together on the tongue. This spring-themed sweet, with its color, aroma, and flavor, makes a perfect gift.
