Matcha and Strawberry Parfait
Fruit and Strawberry Gelato Waffle
This spring we will be releasing gorgeous sweets and tea with the theme of "Color My Day." The Afternoon Tea Tea Room will be serving gorgeous sweets such as the "Matcha and Strawberry Parfait," which is layered with matcha and mascarpone whipped cream, strawberry gelato, matcha ice cream, shiratama (rice flour dumplings), and warabimochi (bracken-starch dumplings), and the "Fruit and Strawberry Gelato Waffle," which is a crispy American waffle topped with colorful fruits such as ruby grapefruit, orange, and strawberry, and strawberry gelato, and drizzled with honey maple syrup.

Peach Earl Grey Tea Soda + Fresh Orange and Passion Fruit Iced Tea
Other drinks available include "Peach Earl Grey Tea Soda," which is peach Earl Grey iced tea topped with peach jelly and white peach, and "Fresh Orange and Passion Fruit Iced Tea," which is jasmine tea with passion fruit sauce and homemade orange juice added.

Chewy Thick-Baked Dekopon and Strawberry Mille Crepes
Afternoon Tea Love and Table will be offering "Chewy Thick-Baked Dekopon and Strawberry Mille Crepes," a slightly thick crepe made with a combination of rye flour and tapioca flour, simply sandwiched between diplomat cakes. Be sure to enjoy this gorgeous spring dessert made with fruit along with some tea.
