Starting September 18th, Ginza Cozy Corner Co., Ltd. will be selling five new cakes made with Hokkaido-grown "Kuriyutaka" pumpkin and cheese at all fresh cake stores nationwide.
Autumn cakes made with Hokkaido ingredients
We have prepared new sweets made with "Kuriyutaka" pumpkin, grown in the soil of Hokkaido, which welcomes autumn a little early, and rich cream cheese and mascarpone.

"Kuriyutaka" pumpkin is characterized by its chestnut-like, fluffy texture and rich sweetness. Our "Pumpkin Tart," made with plenty of Kuriyutaka, exquisitely pairs the soft, fluffy flavor of the pumpkin with the slightly bitter caramel sauce.

In addition, you can enjoy the rich, mellow sweetness and flavor of pumpkin in our "Caramel Pumpkin Choux," which has the delicious flavor of pumpkin tightly sealed in the choux pastry, and our "Jumbo Cream Puff (Hokkaido-grown Kuriyutaka)."

"Tiramisu Mille Crepes" and "Cheese Mont Blanc" are made with Hokkaido mascarpone and cream cheese, and are combined with cacao, coffee, and haskap, which go well with cheese, to bring out the rich flavor of the cheese.

Enjoy autumn's harvest and appetite with some sweets.
