A new "Fresh Carbonara Specialty Store" will open in the same area as fresh cream specialty store Milk and Harajuku Moc Tram. The fresh pasta, made daily at our group's noodle factory, uses flat noodles specially made for carbonara, with an ultra-chewy texture. These flat noodles are perfectly intertwined with the rich fresh cream from the Konsen region of Hokkaido. With six varieties in total, from the classic to more evolved versions, this is a specialty store for carbonara lovers.
