"Freshly baked financiers," the signature product of "Noix de Beurre (https://www.noix-de-beurre.com)," is one of many famous traditional French sweets. This time, Noix de Beurre will be selling four types of baked goods, each four times, for a limited time, in order to allow people to experience traditional French sweets that are not usually introduced.

●1st Session: Saturday, September 19th - Friday, October 2nd
Pont Neuf / Traditional Sweets of Île-de-France (the region centered around Paris)

[About the origin of the sweet]
Pont Neuf is named after the oldest bridge in Paris, which was built over the River Seine in 1604 (the bridge that crosses the Île de la Cité, which floats on the Seine). It is said that the cross-shaped pastry part on top of the sweet represents the bridge, and the other parts of the pastry represent the Île de la Cité.

[About the sweets]
This cute sweet is made by layering almond cream, custard and choux pastry on flaky puff pastry and baking it, and is decorated with the red of raspberry jam and the white of powdered sugar. The Pont Neuf pastry is filled with fruit sauce and fruit, and in France each shop has their own unique flavour. At Noix de Beurre, griotte cherry sauce and a single griotte cherry are hidden in the pastry, and it is finished with a jam made from raspberries and grosseilles. You can enjoy a good balance of the chewy texture of the pastry, the flaky puff pastry and the tartness of the griotte cherry.
