Toranomon Distillery's seasonal gin "CACAO" (5,000 yen)
Volume: 500ml / Product: Spirits / Country of origin: Japan / Cacao production areas: Maya Mountain, Belize

"CACAO" is a gin distilled from barley shochu from Hachijojima, Tokyo, and the nibs and husks (outer skin) of cacao beans from Dandelion Chocolate harvested in 2017. It has a multi-layered flavor that combines the aroma of roasted cacao, the sweetness of juniper berries, and a deep, lingering aftertaste like that of aged distilled spirits, and the aroma combines the fragrant aroma of cacao with the fruity, slightly sour characteristics of Berries.

In addition, a "pairing set" combining "CACAO" with a Dandelion Chocolate bar will be on sale in limited quantities.

Limited-edition "CACAO Pairing Set" (6,800 yen)
The chocolate bars in the set can be chosen from three types: "Maya Mountain, Belize 70%," "Zor Sal Comunitario, Dominican Republic 70%," and "Ben Tre, Vietnam 70%."

Make sure to check it out as a Valentine's Day gift for your special someone. Available at Sake Shokudo Toranomon Distillery (mail order available).
