Dandelion Chocolate is now accepting reservations for Christmas cakes and stollen.

Let's start with the Christmas cakes.
This year, there are two types of cakes in the lineup. One is a new item, the "Christmas Cocoa Shortcake," a strawberry shortcake with a gentle cocoa aroma, made with plenty of fresh cream extracted from cocoa nibs. The other is the "Christmas Chocolate Cake," which was a huge hit last year and is unique to a bean-to-bar chocolate specialty store.

The "Christmas Chocolate Cake" is a chocolate mousse made with cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic. The light-textured cacao nib dacquoise, mixed with powdered cacao nibs, is topped with an interestingly crunchy chocolate crunch and H2O chocolate, all wrapped in chocolate mousse. The surface is glazed for a beautiful, glossy finish.
For this Christmas cake, DanLion Chocolate was inspired by molecular cuisine and developed their own water-based "H2O Chocolate." By adding "water" to the chocolate, they have succeeded in highlighting the orange-like acidity of the single-origin cacao beans from the Dominican Republic.
Enjoy a new world of cacao with this cake that expresses the juicy taste of orange without using any fruit. Next, we also recommend checking out "Stollen," a traditional sweet bread originating from Germany that is used to look back on the year and spend the exciting time of the Christmas season, as well as "Gâteau au Chocolat," a classic product that remains popular no matter the season.

Stollen, which was a huge hit last year and sold out, is an Advent treat that originated in Germany to make the period leading up to Christmas Eve even happier, and this year it is being offered in a Dandelion Chocolate version. Rich chocolate made with cacao from the Dominican Republic is kneaded into the dough and mixed with orange peel, raisins, dried figs, walnuts, and cacao nibs. Furthermore, by soaking the orange peel in Cointreau, the raisins in rum, and the figs in red wine infused with cloves, star anise, lemon peel, and cinnamon, the flavor of each ingredient is maximized, resulting in a rich and appealing taste. The cocoa nib sugar sprinkled on top enhances the aroma of the stollen as it matures with each passing day.

Today's featured product is a "gluten-free" product made without adding any wheat flour. It uses chocolate made from Indian cocoa beans, with flavors such as lemon yogurt and sultana raisins, giving it a mellow taste similar to cheesecake.
Dandelion Chocolate's chocolate sweets are recommended for all occasions during the holiday season, not only for home use but also as souvenirs for family and friends, and as Christmas gifts.
