Release Date:2021.01.14
Dec 26, 2020
Japanese chocolate specialty store Bel Amer will begin selling its new chocolate collection on January 14, 2021. We have prepared a rich lineup, including notable new items such as Apple Chocolate and Mont Blanc Chocolate.

Since its founding in 2003, Japanese chocolate specialty store Bel Amer has strived to create "chocolate that suits Japan," continuing to express the beautiful colors of the seasons and uniquely Japanese events through chocolate. The new chocolates being released for Valentine's Day 2021 are a lineup that is crafted one by one by hand, with the time and effort required only at a chocolate specialty store.

Our new Apple Chocolat and Mont Blanc Chocolat are made with domestic ingredients, and are unique to Bel Amer, boasting deliciousness and the artisanal craftsmanship that brings a smile to the face of the eater. Our wide-ranging lineup also includes adorable bite-sized Mini Mendiants and artisanal chocolates that utilize the techniques of artisans and perfectly combine the perfect blend of chocolate and ingredients, bringing the joy of chocolate to everyone.

New "Apple Chocolat" Inspired by the candy apples found at festival stalls

Inspired by the candy apples popular at festival stalls, our new "Apple Chocolat" is a blend of domestic apples and chocolate. This chocolate is coated with a glossy ganache and cream made from apple juice and paste from Aomori Prefecture, allowing you to enjoy the flavor and texture of the fruit. It comes in three flavors: caramel, praline noir, and black tea.

Apple Chocolate
3 pieces: 1,512 yen incl. tax (base price: 1,400 yen)
6 pieces: 2,700 yen incl. tax (base price: 2,500 yen)

New "Mont Blanc Chocolat" that condenses the deliciousness of Japanese chestnuts

A new chocolate that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of Japanese chestnuts, with a generous amount of hand-squeezed ganache cream containing Japanese chestnut paste on a bonbon chocolate made with Japanese chestnuts. The center of the bonbon chocolate is filled with ganache made with Japanese chestnuts. After repeated trial and error with the ratio of chestnut paste and fresh cream used in the ganache, we arrived at the ideal balance that brings out the chestnut flavor.

We offer three flavors: Bitter, which combines Japanese chestnut paste and the bitter taste of cocoa; Caramel, which spreads the soft sweetness of caramel milk chocolate; and Cassis, which allows you to enjoy the marriage of chestnut and blackcurrant, a popular flavor in Europe.
Enjoy the different flavors as if you were comparing three different Mont Blancs.
