This mille-feuille is made with puff pastry spread with raspberry jam, sandwiched between a mousseline made from buttercream, meringue, and custard, and plenty of strawberries, and is garnished with large strawberries and fresh cream. Enjoy the crispy texture of the puff pastry and the luxurious taste of the sweet and tart strawberries and cream.
◆Strawberry and White Chocolate Verrine 600 yen (tax included)
This verrine is layered in a glass with two types of jelly - rose-scented strawberry jelly and strawberry jelly with pulp - strawberry panna cotta, and white chocolate mousse. It is topped with three types of berries - strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries - and a generous amount of strawberry cream. With a subtle rose scent, this glass dessert has a slightly sophisticated atmosphere.
