An iconic spot at Conrad Osaka, the tea stand resembles a spiral staircase floating like a white ribbon in the sky, with strawberry-filled sweets lined up on each tier, competing for beauty. The bright red Mont Blanc "Strawberry Mont Blanc Tart" is covered in strawberry jelly and filled with fresh whole strawberries. The sponge cake is infused with a subtle chestnut flavor and aroma, allowing you to experience the surprising harmony of chestnuts and strawberries. The "Pistachio and Strawberry Sable," featuring beautifully arranged strawberries, offers a balanced richness of pistachio and the tartness of strawberries, with a crispy, biscuit-like texture. The "Tropézienne Fraise" is a traditional French dessert made with strawberry jam and vanilla cream sandwiched between brioche patties flavored with orange. The adorable round "Strawberry Pavlova" features strawberry compote wrapped in vanilla chantilly and a baked base of meringue kneaded with the sweet and stimulating aroma of clove spice, resulting in a fluffy and crispy texture. The "Vanilla Cheesecake and Strawberry Compote" is decorated with a red shining glaçage and sprinkled with yellow dots, resembling strawberries. The scones offer a soft texture with the fruity tartness of lemon and strawberry. Each sweet dish showcases Executive Pastry Chef Jimmy Boulay's meticulous combination of ingredients and the exquisite harmony of tastes and textures.

The "Foie Gras Cookie" is a sophisticated cookie that combines the rich flavor of foie gras with the tartness and sweetness of strawberries made into mostarda (simmered in syrup and seasoned with mustard). The "Shrimp Profiteroles" feature a rich, fruity and spicy flavor of Conrad's original blend of tea leaves in mayonnaise and arrowhead, topped with dried strawberries. The "Chorizo Tart" is a mellow dish made with Manchego cheese chorizo, which pairs perfectly with the rich and sweet fruit, and sprinkled with dried strawberry powder and toasted almonds. "Enjoy the contrast between the saltiness of Jamon Serrano and the sweetness of strawberry mayonnaise, paired with the rich, milky taste of Gruyere cheese.

Along with a total of 10 menu items, including 6 types of sweets and 4 savory items, you can choose as much of your favorite drinks as you like from a total of 10 types of tea, including 8 types of TWG Tea, including the popular "Conrad Osaka Original Blend," and 6 types of coffee, and enjoy an elegant tea time.

Born and raised in Le Mans, located in the west of France, Jimmy began his career as a chocolatier, apprenticed under Jacques Bélanger, who holds the most prestigious title of M.O.F. (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). He then trained as a pastry chef under Cedric Grolet, renowned as the world's best chef patissier, at Fauchon in Paris and the five-star Le Meurice. In October 2018, he became the Executive Pastry Chef of Conrad Osaka. He oversees all sweets at the hotel, including AERIA, a "floating patisserie" that opened in July 2018, four restaurants and bars, weddings, and banquets.
