Nov 16, 2020
Noix de Beurre (https://www.noix-de-beurre.com), whose signature product is freshly baked financiers, is accepting reservations for Christmas cakes until December 18th at its Shinjuku Isetan and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi stores.

We have prepared a cute Christmas cake to decorate your table on Christmas Eve with your loved ones. Noel Bonheur is a sponge cake with a gentle egg flavor, sandwiched between smooth cream made from a blend of three types of cream with different milk fat contents and strawberries, and is available in three sizes: 12cm, 15cm, and 18cm.

These gingerbread man, reindeer, and tree cookie plates are handmade by our pastry chefs, and the shortcakes are not only adorable to look at, but also delicious to eat.
