This unique creation, meticulously crafted to a silhouette with exceptional skill, pays homage to the butterfly and embodies the aesthetic of French chef Jean Humbert and his collaborators, Romuald Bizard and Camille Rochein. "Butterfly Around the World," a dreamy, poetic butterfly motif designed by Pietro Ruffo for the 2024 Cruise Collection, spreads its delicate wings and is ready to take flight. This exquisite dessert combines the power of cocoa, the smoothness of vanilla and caramel, and the subtle freshness of fromage blanc and lemon, creating an elegant fragrance that is both sweet and powerful.

Another luscious creation is the exclusive Galette des Rois. Elevated by its hexagonal honeycomb shape, this sweet treat resembles a cluster of poetic butterflies with their wings spread.
