Until December 25th, Jean-Paul Hevin is offering the "Advent Collection," perfect for the Advent period, when people look forward to Christmas.
The "Mousse au Chocolat Lumiere Grand Cru" (1,500 yen) is a set of three chocolate mousses, each modeled after a candle lit on Christmas Eve. Each of the three chocolate mousses is made using cacao from a different region—Venezuela, Peru, and Brazil—so you can enjoy comparing them. At the eat-in space, Bar à Chocolat, it is served as a set with your favorite drink.
The chocolate ornament "Bourg Cocorico" (1,300 yen) is available in three colors: rouge, blanc (white), and blue. The center of the top features a motif of the Gallic rooster, a symbol of France. The "Kuglof" (3,700 yen), known for its rich chocolate flavor and moist, light texture, is available in two varieties: the "Kuglof Chocolat," coated with Venezuelan cacao, and the "Kuglof Chocolat Caramel Salé," accented with fleur de sel. Other items include the "Cocorico Macaron" (270 yen), a chocolat noir macaron filled with a ganache made from Ecuadorian Grand Cru cacao, and the "Palet Bordeaux" (330 yen), a ganache made from Ecuadorian Grand Cru cacao wrapped in Bordeaux-colored chocolate. A special Christmas treat, the "Marron Glacée" (618 yen), will be released on November 17th, featuring large chestnuts soaked in syrup and coated in sugar.
