Jean-Paul Hevin has launched the "Collection d'Automne 2016," a limited-edition autumn collection that allows you to enjoy the marriage of autumn fruits with chocolate.
The autumn flavors include chestnuts ripened in plenty of sunlight, as well as seasonal apples and pears. The lineup will be gradually expanded, with various chocolate-paired items such as bonbons, macarons, Mont Blanc, gateau, and chocolat chocolat.
Currently, pear-themed products are available in boutiques. A number of new apple-themed items will be available from October 1st to 31st. The lineup includes "Bonbonnière Pomme" (3,850 yen), a lifelike chocolate apple filled with new Tarte Tatin-flavored bonbons that release the scent of autumn when broken open, "Mon Pomme Caramel" (635 yen, available only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), a new Mont Blanc that combines apple-flavored caramel with fluffy Chantilly apples, and "Mousse Glacée Pomme Caramel" (1,224 yen), an Ecuadorian cacao mousse layered with ice cream and mascarpone cream, topped with apple and caramel sauce for an autumnal taste. Also on sale is "Marron Confit" (460 yen), a large chestnut from Biedmont, Italy, preserved in syrup.
Stores carrying the product include Isetan Shinjuku Main Store, Omotesando Hills Store, Tokyo Midtown Store, Mitsukoshi Ginza Store, Mitsukoshi Sapporo Store, Mitsukoshi Sendai Store, Isetan Urawa Store, Kyoto Store (opening October 25th), Isetan Food Hall Lucua Store (Osaka), Mitsukoshi Hiroshima Store, Iwataya Main Store, and online boutiques.
