The perfect souvenir for those returning home! An assortment of Jean-Paul Hévin's popular gateaux in "petite" sizes

Aug 11, 2016

For a limited time from August 11th to 16th, Jean-Paul Hevin is offering "Copain Copinne" (2,226 yen), an assortment of petit gateaux that lets you enjoy six of their popular gateaux all at once.

Of the six gateaux being offered this time, "Verrine Chocolat Citron Vert" is a gateau that combines Peruvian cocoa mousse, hazelnut-flavored chocolate cream, and refreshing lime jelly. "Guayaquil" combines a biscuit with a rich cocoa aroma and a rich chocolate mousse. "Chocolat Framboise" combines glossy raspberry jelly with bitter chocolate.

In addition to these, there will be six other varieties: "Pyramid," a sandwich of alternating layers of pistachio chocolate dough with a subtle cognac scent and bitter ganache; "Safi," a bitter chocolate gateau accented with finely crushed orange peel; and "Macaron Chocolat à l'Ancienne," a mellow, smooth bitter ganache gently sandwiched between crispy macaron dough.

In addition, the eat-in space, Bar à Chocolat, will be offering "Menu Copain Copinne" (1,500 yen), a set of three gateaus of your choice from six types of petit fours and a drink.
