Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin will once again be offering a limited edition of "Torta di Mele," a gorgeous apple tart to celebrate Mother's Day. 

"Torta di Mele," beloved in Italy as "mother's taste," has been created using an original recipe exclusive to Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin. The light-textured tart is filled with naturally sweet sautéed apples with a hint of cinnamon, topped with a generous amount of smooth, rich custard cream. The top is decorated with a bouquet of roses made from fresh apples dyed crimson with raspberry syrup. A ribbon of bitter chocolate bearing the Bvlgari logo is elegantly tied around the beautiful roses, and the gift is delivered carefully presented in an original dish.
This special dish is individually handmade by the Arita ware artisans who design the original tableware at Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin.
