Starting May 13th, Conrad Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo) will be hosting the "Summer in Color Sweets Buffet" at its all-day dining restaurant "Cerise" on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. This colorful sweets buffet celebrates the transition from the rainy season to summer. In May and June, the buffet will be inspired by colorful umbrellas catching sparkling raindrops, surrounded by vibrant hydrangeas that bloom beautifully thanks to the blessings of the rain. Enjoy a variety of colorful, eye-catching sweets made with refreshing summer fruits. In July and August, the buffet table will be decorated with vibrant flowers blooming under parasols and shining sunshine.

14 types of sweets will be available, including "Rose Jelly Lychee and Raspberry Mousse," which is lychee and raspberry mousse covered in the beautiful color of rose, "Orange Juice and Passion Mousse," with a cute orange polka dot pattern like raindrops, "Cherry Jam and Vanilla Mousse," which is cherry jam and vanilla mousse covered in the lovely color of violet, and "Lemon, Mint and Kiwi Jelly," which has the refreshing green of mint and kiwi. Savory dishes include two cold dishes: "Jambon Ham and Egg Salad Sandwich" with a cute melon-colored bun; and "Saffron Couscous with Shrimp, Avocado and Basil Mayonnaise," which features a beautiful contrast between yellow couscous and edible flowers. Two hot dishes are "Chicken Broth Seasonal Vegetable and Bean Soup" and "Sustainable Seafood Fritto Misto and Tartar." In addition, the live station will offer "Grilled Pork Spare Ribs with Black Pepper" which will be carved and served.
