The Westin Tokyo (Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will be offering a weekday-only "Berry Berry Berry Dessert Buffet" at its international restaurant, The Terrace, from June 1 to June 30, 2022. This buffet features a wide variety of berries, including raspberries, blackberries, black currants, and red berries, served in a variety of desserts.

The Terrace, an international restaurant serving a wide variety of international cuisine, will be offering a berry-themed dessert buffet for one month only. This hotel's first-ever dessert buffet offers a wealth of berry flavors, from popular strawberries and raspberries to tart cranberries, bright red raspberries, freshly sweet blueberries, and rich blackcurrants. From elegant jelly made with bright red berries and the scent of elderflower, a refreshing shortcake made with raspberries and lemon, a vibrant crimson pudding featuring a variety of berry combinations, and a trifle with the aroma of blueberries and tea, to beautifully layered glass desserts, baked goods that perfectly balance berries and cheese, a sweet and tart berry soup with coconut, and a drink that blends the rich flavors of yogurt and berries, the Executive Pastry Chef has carefully combined each ingredient to create a vibrant array of colorful, jewel-like desserts that fill the buffet table. This buffet allows you to enjoy to your heart's content the fresh sweetness, sourness, subtle bitterness and rich aroma of berries with a variety of expressive desserts.

He is in charge of all pastry items at restaurants, lounges, banquets, etc. He has a wide repertoire ranging from traditional European sweets to original, creative sweets, and is constantly developing new products.
