This restaurant, which became fascinated with the world of "shibire" after experimenting with spices from Japan and abroad, offers a hearty dish of Mikawaya Seimen's custom-made noodles in a spicy soup topped with salad-warming chicken. Kageyamaro, also on the 3rd floor of the main building, has introduced "Mala Pork Ribs Noodles" (1,620 yen including tax), which combines pork back ribs slowly simmered in spices such as chili peppers and Japanese pepper until tender with the chewy medium-thick noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro. We recommend shaving off the flavorful meat and enjoying it with the noodles.
