Emporio Armani Caffé has added a new November addition to its popular "Seasonal Parfait" menu. 
The ninth parfait for November is the "Apple Tatin and Blonde Chocolate Autumn Parfait," made with seasonal apples and blond chocolate. It will be available at Emporio Armani Caffé Aoyama from November 1st to 30th.

Apples are in season in November. Fresh, in-season apples are cut into cubes and transformed into a Tatin parfait with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The apple tatin is paired with blond chocolate gelato. Blond chocolate, also known as the "fourth chocolate," has been gaining attention in recent years as a new type of chocolate. Made by caramelizing white chocolate at high temperatures, this chocolate boasts a fragrant caramel-like aroma and a subtle saltiness, creating a rich aroma and flavor. The luxurious gelato, which adds rum raisins to the blond chocolate, pairs perfectly with the apple tatin. One of the attractions is the succession of textures, from the flaky pie crust to the crispy caramelized pistachios, ensuring you won't tire of the experience until the very end.
