PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS will be holding "Fetish Ispahan" from April 28th to May 29th, where visitors can enjoy the brand's signature flavor, "Ispahan," in a variety of forms.


The brand's signature flavor, "Ispahan," is a perfect harmony of rose, lychee, and raspberry, truly a "taste delight," and a flavor that Pierre Hermé himself has a special attachment to. Pierre Hermé has developed this iconic combination in a variety of forms, including indivisibles, entremets, cheesecake, mille-feuille, emotions, bonbons, macarons, sables, cakes, croissants, madeleines, and jams.

"Limited Edition Boxed Assortment of 6 Macarons “Ispahan”"

In 2013, a collaboration with the world-renowned flower artist Azuma Makoto vividly expressed his worldview with beautiful flowers, and this April, he will collaborate with Azuma again to completely revamp his worldview. During the event, macarons will also be available in limited edition boxes featuring new designs (6-piece set for 2,700 yen, 10-piece set for 3,888 yen).

An irresistibly seductive combination of flavors emerges from the rose-colored macaron cup that is both fluffy and crunchy. The vibrant flavor of lychee, enhanced with crisp, refreshing raspberries, is exquisitely blended with meltingly sweet rose cream. The uplifting taste is a mix of sweet and sour, creating a wide variety of tones.

"Millefeuille Ispahan" (Individ 864 yen, Entremet 10*16cm 3,456 yen) is a perfectly caramelized, flaky pâté feuillete, with the flavor of Ispahan sandwiched between. In doing so, Pierre Hermé has created a refreshingly modern millefeuille. The rose-infused mascarpone cream, enhanced by the subtle saltiness of the folded dough, is sandwiched between a thin layer of raspberry and lychee compote. "Cheesecake Ispahan" (Individ 864 yen, Entremet approx. 15cm 4,536 yen)
A fresh take on the famous Ispahan flavor, "Cheesecake Ispahan" (Individ 864 yen, Entremet approx. 15cm 4,536 yen) is a masterpiece that has all the elements of a superb cheesecake. The softness of the rose cheesecake, the moistness of the biscuit dough infused with raspberry juice, the sourness of the raspberry and lychee compote, the mousse-like texture of the unsweetened cream cheese with roses, and the vividness of the raspberry jam are all layered one after another on top of the pâté sable base. This cheesecake is so incredibly smooth and mesmerizingly soft that you'll find yourself eating the whole thing in one go.

"Chou Ispahan" (864 yen)
"Chou Ispahan" (864 yen) is a fascinating ball of pastry, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, infused with the flavor of Ispahan, a dish unique to Pierre Hermé Paris. First, you'll experience the light texture of the choux pastry, encased in a thin layer of pâté sable, followed by the intoxicating flavor of rose cream, enhanced with raspberry and lychee pieces, which fills your mouth, and finally the delightful texture of the pâté sable chips.

"Emotion Ispahan" (864 yen)
"Emotion Ispahan" (864 yen), named after the word "emotion," is a masterpiece filled with many emotions. First, there's the thrill of cracking the disc of the macaron coque, then the thrill of inserting a spoon deep into the cup to scoop out the freshness, and finally the thrill of savoring the fusion of three ingredients: lychee jelly, raspberry jam, and rose-infused mascarpone cream, all enhanced by fresh raspberries.

"Baba Ispahan" (756 yen)
"Baba Ispahan" (756 yen) will also be available, in which the perfect harmony of raspberry, rose, and lychee is combined with the sexy deliciousness of baba to create a dizzying velvet revolution.

"Miroir Ispahan" (Entremet approx. 18cm 9,720 yen)
Miroir means "mirror surface" in French, and "Miroir Ispahan" (Entremet approx. 18cm 9,720 yen) is an adaptation of the famous patisserie "Ispahan", which sandwiches a cake between macaron coquettes, in the style of a circular whole cake. The surface is covered in a nappage for a beautiful mirror-like finish, and is sold exclusively at the Aoyama store. A heart-shaped Mother's Day limited edition version will also be available.

"Sorbet Ispahan" (756 yen)
"Sorbet Ispahan" (756 yen) is an irresistible sorbet version of Ispahan. The three unique flavors of rose, lychee, and raspberry turn into icy frost ice that blends and disintegrates inside the cup. This will be available from May.

"Miss Gla' Gla Ispahan" (756 yen)
Pierre Hermé Paris' original sweet, "Miss Gla' Gla Ispahan" (756 yen), is best eaten immediately after lightly picking it up with your fingertips. The harmony of two types of sorbet sandwiched between macaron dough, with a crispy yet smooth texture, enhances the deliciousness. This will also be available from May.

"Croissant Ispahan" (540 yen)
Other treats include the "Croissant Ispahan" (540 yen), which has a rich, buttery aroma and is filled with rose-flavored almond paste, raspberry compote, and lychee hidden inside; the "Madeleine Ispahan" (432 yen), an original creation in which an elegant rose-flavored madeleine is enhanced by the sweet and sour raspberry compote; and the "Cake", a fateful encounter between a delicious rose-flavored almond dough and raspberry pieces. It comes in a variety of forms, including the "Cake Ispahan" (2,700 yen), and the "Sablé Ispahan" (1,620 yen), which features raspberry and lychee pieces that perfectly match the scent of roses, adding an accent to the flavor of the incredibly crispy sablé, making it so delicious you'll be hooked once you try it.

"Confiture Ispahan" (220g 2,592 yen)
Not just a pastry, "Confiture Ispahan" (220g 2,592 yen) is made with a layer of raspberry jam on top of a layer of lychee jam with roses, and if you stir it mischievously with a spoon, the flavor of Ispahan will be fully developed in an instant. "Caramel Ispahan" (170g) is a soft caramel with salted butter, enhanced with sweet and sour raspberry pieces and filled with the scent of roses. The lineup is rich in variety, including "Nougat Ispahan" (180g, 2,700 yen), a smooth nougat enhanced with roasted almonds and filled with the scent of roses, filled with sweet and sour, fruity, and fragrant raspberry pieces, and "Thé Ispahan" (80g can, 1,944 yen; 8 tea bags, 1,188 yen), an original black tea with a rich aroma that is a skillful mix of raspberry, lychee, and rose.
