Mar 27, 2018
Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, which will have its grand opening on March 29th, is also attracting attention for its wide variety of gourmet shops. We would like to introduce some of the noteworthy shops and menus.

Limited-edition sweets only available at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya

Pâtisserie & Café DEL'IMMO (B1F), a new-style cafe created by chef and chocolatier Kazuaki Eguchi using carefully selected ingredients, offers the strawberry-filled parfait "Melange Fruits HIBIYA" (¥2,484) and the "Chocolate Madeleine" (3 pieces/¥1,100) in a collaborative package with Tokyo Midtown Hibiya. Hayashiya Shinbei (2F), a cafe produced by Kyoto's long-established tea shop Kyo Hayashiya, offers the "Ancient Capital Garden Parfait" (¥1,512) and "Koicha Parfait" (¥1,620), both of which are limited-edition desserts, featuring homemade mascarpone cream and Uji matcha green tea, in a tiramisu style.

Patisserie & Cafe Delimo
Suzukake (1st basement floor), a Japanese confectionery shop founded in Hakata, Kyushu, will be selling "Utakata no Ki" (1,620 yen), a yokan made with white adzuki beans and dried fruit, for a limited time and in limited quantities of 30 per day until April 15th. Also, food boutique DEAN & DELUCA will be offering "Chocolate Chai" (hot/iced/648 yen), a drink made with chai and chocolate from Dandelion Chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate specialty store, for a limited time.

We also have the perfect gifts for when you're visiting family or visiting someone.

The apple pie (¥399 each) from RINGO (B1), a freshly baked custard apple pie specialty shop, features a flaky pastry and generous custard cream filling, making it the perfect gift for a girls' night out. Also recommended as a small gift is the "Happy Curry Bread" (¥292 each), designed by French cuisine expert Kasumi Saito and sold at Boulangerie Bonheur, a popular bakery in Sangenjaya. This popular bread is sure to be a hit when you're invited over for dinner at a friend's house.
