"Yokan A La Carte" (matcha, strawberry, ginger/830 yen) are bite-sized yokan that can be enjoyed one or two at a time depending on your tastes and mood, making them ideal for conversation, as a snack on travel, or as a quick break from work. The sale period is from October 22nd until mid-January of the following year.

"Anban" (390 yen) is a dish of smooth bean paste sandwiched between warm, chewy steamed dough. When you split it in two, the bean paste separates neatly and lands on top of the bun, which is a fun sight.

The store's design concept is "a generous, soft pastry that envelops the bean paste." The white and wood grain design creates a soft, warm impression, as if to gently embrace those who spend time in this space. The tiger tile wall visible from the open entrance was designed by Masayoshi Nakajo, the same artist who designed the An Stand Shinjuku store, creating a timeless and gentle space that is somehow nostalgic yet new.
