DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY, a new generation bakery that is hugely popular in New York, is offering a limited-time Christmas menu of four types of Buche de Noel, the "Stollen" (1,980 yen) that was a big hit last year, and the "Christmas Chicken Dinner" (3,500 yen) that can be enjoyed at home parties. Reservations for the Dominique Ansel Bakery Omotesando have begun online from October 1st.

This year's Buche de Noël includes the ever-popular "Fresh Strawberry Bush" (¥4,400), which offers the fresh taste of strawberries; the photogenic "Oden Bush" (¥3,800), which resembles oden; the new "Matcha Reindeer Bush" (¥4,800), featuring a reindeer adorned with white chocolate and generously topped with matcha and mascarpone cream for a rich, flavorful taste; and the Ginza-exclusive "French Chestnut Bush," featuring whiskey-infused chestnut cream and the sweetness of moist chestnuts soaked in a special syrup. Introducing the "Chestnut Bush" (¥4,000). 
Also available exclusively at Dominique Ansel Bakery Omotesando is the "Christmas Chicken Dinner" (¥3,500), featuring Chef Dominique's signature crispy fried chicken seasoned with herbs, perfect for Christmas. Enjoy chicken and mashed potatoes topped with gravy and sandwiched between biscuits.
