Shiseido Parlour releases a limited-edition autumn cheesecake that tastes like roasted chestnuts

Shiseido Parlour has introduced two luxurious cheesecakes inspired by the fragrant, hearty roasted chestnuts sold at European street stalls.

Shiseido Parlour stores nationwide are offering the "Autumn Cheesecake (Marron)" (3 pieces for 850 yen / 6 pieces for 1,700 yen), which is made by wrapping rich Danish cream cheese mixed with chestnut sauce in a biscuit dough that is infused with mellow and tasting chestnut paste and baking it. To commemorate the 115th anniversary of the company's founding, the packaging features an anniversary design based on the interior of Shiseido Ice Cream Parlour when it first opened.

In addition, the Ginza flagship store and other limited stores are offering the "Autumn Hand-Baked Cheesecake (Marron)" (1 piece for 2,500 yen), which is made by kneading rich Danish cream cheese with chestnut skin sauce and crushed chestnuts.
