
Frederic Cassel will begin selling its September inspirations and new collection.
Inspired by "raspberries," the September collection includes the "Mille-feuille Finger Framboise" (756 yen including tax), a caramelized feuilletage layered with mango and passion fruit crème, raspberry coulis, and white chocolate; the "Saint-Honoré Framboise" (756 yen including tax), a crumple choux with raspberry coulis and Chantilly cream; the "Petit Merveilles Framboise" (3 pieces, 648 yen including tax), a light meringue cake filled with yogurt cream and raspberry coulis, topped with a white chocolate shell; and the "Macaron Framboise" (260 yen including tax), a white chocolate ganache with raspberries.
In addition, the new collection will include "Mont Blanc Jour" (864 yen including tax), which uses a luxurious amount of rich and sweet chestnut cream, and "Chataigne" (486 yen including tax), which contains a whole Japanese chestnut, available from August 30th. From September 6th, "Cake Pistachio Fig" (1,296 yen including tax), a moist cake made with pistachios and combined with dried figs, and "Gruyère" (16 pieces, 1,404 yen including tax), a crispy pie crust baked with Gruyère cheese, allowing you to enjoy the two flavors of paprika and sesame, will also be available.
