All J.S. PANCAKE CAFE locations will be holding an autumn fair from September 1st to November 19th. Pancakes made with plenty of seasonal flavors, including pumpkin, chestnuts, and muscat grapes, will be available.
From September 1st to October 1st, the "Shine Muscat Pancakes" (1,480 yen) will be served, made with large muscat grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture. The refreshing yogurt cheese cream and lemon-flavored honey make this a perfect treat for the still-heated summer months.
Also, from September 1st to November 19th, the classic "Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc Pancakes" (1,380 yen) will be available, a pancake made to resemble a Mont Blanc. The moist pancakes are topped with rich cream made with rare Japanese chestnuts, whipped cream, and candied Shibukawa chestnuts.
In addition, from October 3rd to 31st, they will be offering the new "Golden Pumpkin Pudding Pancakes" (1,380 yen), which allows you to enjoy both pancakes and pudding at the same time. The batter is made with "Kuririn," a Hokkaido pumpkin said to have a sugar content of over 25%, and is topped with smooth, homemade pumpkin pudding. The bitter caramelized pumpkin and the aroma of maple make this an addictive dish.
In addition, from the Premium Parfait series, they will also be introducing the "Shine Muscat Parfait," which features tart kiwi gelato, pear jelly, and lemon cream cheese to bring out the deliciousness of Shine Muscat grapes.
