"Strawberry Art of Strawberry"Aman Kyoto (Jugencho, Okitayama, Kita-ku, Kyoto) will be offering "Strawberry Art of Strawberry" for a limited time. This eight-layer parfait served in a strawberry-shaped container was extremely popular in 2021. In response to popular demand, it will be returning in 2022. Open the lid of the delicate candy-crafted container, each one handcrafted by Executive Pastry Chef Hiroyuki Matsuo and his pastry team, to reveal fresh strawberries from Kamigamo, Kyoto, encased in a soft espuma of condensed milk. The cake begins with sweet and sour strawberry compote, followed by a light and fluffy genoise, followed by the elegantly sweet Wasanbon cream, yuzu jelly and jam, and crunchy white chocolate cornflakes hidden at the bottom. Enjoy this luxurious treat layered with eight flavors, along with the adorable "Strawberry Mini Pancakes" that come with the set, and chocolates shaped like real strawberries.
