A "performance dessert" that delights the visual and olfactory senses is now available at Hotel New Hankyu Osaka

The gourmet buffet "Olympia" at the Osaka New Hankyu Hotel's gourmet buffet, "Summer Carnival Viva! Steak!", is currently running until August 31st. One of the dishes is a popular "performance dessert" that delights both the visual and olfactory senses.

One of the most popular dishes is the "Mango Pudding with Ginger-Flavored Bergamot Sorbet." It's a refreshing summer dish, with sweet mango pudding topped with diced mango and a ginger-accented bergamot sorbet. But that's not the only reason for its popularity.

When served, it's sealed with dry ice infused with mango essence, and when opened, the aroma of mango fills the air. To further spread the aroma, guests are fanned with leaf-shaped fans, making this a unique dessert that stimulates not only the taste buds but also the visual and olfactory senses.

The all-you-can-eat gourmet fair "Summer Carnival Viva! Steak!", which also offers this menu, has a usage time of 100 minutes on weekdays and 90 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Lunch is 3,700 yen from 11:30 to 13:10 on weekdays, and 11:30 to 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It is 3,000 yen from 13:30 to 15:10 on weekdays, and 15:30 to 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (*August 10th to 14th are the same as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Dinner is served every day from 17:30 for 4,700 yen.
