Shaved ice specialty shop "Yellow" with a four-hour wait opens in Ginza. Limited menu featuring Kyoto Rishoen roasted green tea.

Yelo, a shaved ice specialty shop that opened in Roppongi in April last year and is known for creating four-hour waits in midsummer, is opening its first location in the Ginza area. It's open for a limited time until August 11th on the food floor on the second basement floor of the Printemps Ginza main building.

Yello's shaved ice, popular for its fluffy texture, is a luxurious treat made with a homemade milk sauce base and three layers of a variety of handmade syrups. The lineup includes the most popular "Tiramisu" (801 yen including tax), which combines cocoa powder and mascarpone; "Strawberry Milk" (851 yen including tax), which features sweet and sour strawberries topped with a special milk sauce; and "Organic Carrot and Mascarpone" (901 yen including tax), an exquisite combination of syrup made from simmered organic carrots and mascarpone.

Printemps Ginza is releasing a Japanese-style shaved ice called "Hojicha Kinako" (851 yen including tax) as a limited edition menu item, made with a blend of roasted green tea from Rishoen, Kyoto. With just one bite, the sweetness and rich aroma of the kinako flour sprinkled on top will fill your mouth.
