PIERRE HERME PARIS is selling limited-edition summer sweets until September.
The "Macaron Velouté Series" (6-piece assortment, 2,592 yen), which combines the creamy texture of slightly sour yogurt with the texture of fruit, will feature "Ispahan"-flavored macarons. Ispahan is the brand's signature flavor, combining the gentle aroma of rose, the tartness of raspberry, and the elegant sweetness of lychee. Banana, lime, and orange flavors will also be available. "Glace & Sorbet" (from 648 yen), a cup-type ice cream and sorbet that pursues "a world of taste, sensibility, and joy," offers flavors such as "Glace Mirena," which combines mint-flavored ice cream with fruit rouge sorbet; "Glace Constellations," which combines cardamom-flavored ice cream with strawberry and orange sorbet; and "Glace Satine," which combines cream cheese ice cream with passion fruit sorbet, orange marmalade, and sable. Other flavors include Ispahan, chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. "Miss Gura Gura" (756 yen), the brand's original sweets, which feature ice cream sandwiched between macaron dough or sable, offers Ispahan, Satine, and Chocolat flavors, as well as "Miss Gura Gura Montebello," which combines pistachio and strawberry sorbet. Available at Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama and other directly managed boutiques. Some products are available year-round.
