Redefine Dining Co., Ltd. will begin selling its second new spring product, "Maiccha," at its popular premium bread specialty store "Dondake Jikochu," following on from "Watashi no Sakura" in March, from April 9, 2021, in limited quantities per day at all stores.


Second New Spring Product, "Maiccha"

■Maiccha: 1,058 yen (tax included) / loaf (1.5 loaves)
Made with rich, fragrant matcha bean paste. The firm, rich dough is wrapped around a subtly sweet matcha bean paste. This elegant bread, with a gentle sweetness and the slightly bitter flavor of matcha, spreads throughout your mouth, almost like a traditional Japanese confectionery. As every process is done by hand, this exquisite product takes four hours to make, so be sure to enjoy it.

*Sales start at all stores from April 9th. There is a limited quantity per day, so please purchase early.
