BOUL'ANGE, an original boulangerie run by Flavor Works Inc., a member of the Baycruise Group, will release a new fair menu using matcha from Nakamura Tokichi Honten in Kyoto on April 26th.

This time's fair menu uses richly fragrant matcha from Nakamura Tokichi Honten, a long-established tea merchant in Uji, Kyoto, and features seven limited-edition products in vibrant matcha colors reminiscent of the season of fresh green leaves.

Popular seasonal items, such as the "Matcha Croissant," made with matcha kneaded into croissant dough and rolled in French white chocolate, and the "Matcha Cream Bun," made with matcha-flavored brioche dough and filled with homemade matcha custard cream, have been given an even more delicious makeover. Also available are bite-sized "Brown Sugar and Kinako Matcha Kouign Aman," made with matcha croissant dough wrapped around brown sugar and kinako mochi, and the "Matcha and Azuki Anjou Bread," made with anjou dough and generously kneaded with matcha and kanoko beans. Enjoy the elegant flavors that bring a refreshing feeling to the season, both visually and taste-wise.
