Café Comsa offers artistic cakes that allow you to experience Japan's four seasons, using delicious, carefully selected seasonal fruit from farms and growing areas across Japan. Inspired by a farmer in Ehime Prefecture in 1994 and coinciding with "Orange Day" on April 14th, which was established in 2009, the company will be offering a limited-edition cake made with plenty of seasonal mandarin oranges for a limited time of five days, from April 10th to April 14th.
The pastry chefs at each of Café Comsa's 27 stores have carefully selected the mandarin oranges and have created cakes that are carefully crafted in terms of cut, design, and the cream to be paired with them, in order to present them in the most delicious way possible.

We offer cakes lavishly decorated with delicious, seasonal fruits carefully selected from production areas and farms all over Japan. In order to deliver fresh flavor, we limit the amount of sugar used in the cream to bring out the natural sweetness and flavor of the fruit, and all cakes are lovingly made by our pastry chefs the morning of the day.
