Pâtisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris will be selling limited-edition Mother's Day cakes for three days starting May 7th, and gorgeous gifts perfect for presents starting April 23rd.


For three days only, from May 7th to May 9th, we will be selling two cute Mother's Day-only cakes.

The "Saint Honoré aux Fraises" features flaky puff pastry and choux pastry topped with plenty of cream and strawberries, and the "Sayanation" is a flower-shaped cake layered with strawberry cream, pistachio cream, and hazelnut sable. Advance reservations for both cakes will begin on April 7th at all six directly managed stores in Japan.


If your mother lives far away and you can't often meet her, why not send her some sweets online? This year, in addition to baked goods gifts, we are also offering frozen cakes that will be delivered to your home. Both gifts come in limited edition packaging with a carnation motif. "Saint Honoré aux Fraises" is a heart-shaped cake made by adding strawberries to the traditional French pastry Saint Honoré. The puff pastry and choux pastry are baked to a crisp and fragrant finish using French fermented butter, and are layered with gently sweet cream and the tartness of strawberries. Decorated with carnations, it is a gorgeous cake perfect for Mother's Day.

"Saya" is a cake that Aoki created with his beloved daughter in mind, shaped like a flower. This cake, made with love, is perfect for expressing gratitude to your mother. The sweet and tart strawberries and the unique umami and richness of pistachios are complemented by the light texture and fragrant aroma of hazelnut sable. It is decorated with a heart-shaped chocolate plate along with carnations.

Based in Paris, he is one of the most talked-about pastry chefs in the world today. He has received various awards, including being selected as France's Best Pastry Chef and winning the Paris City Hall Prize. In 2018, he achieved the highest ranking for the fifth consecutive year and an award for the eighth consecutive year at the C.C.C. Chocolate Competition. He currently has five stores in Paris and six in Japan. His motto is "to bring joy to people through sweets."

In 2011, he was selected as a Master Culinary Artist and won the Paris City Hall Prize.
He received an "AWARD" at the C.C.C. Chocolate Competition.
