The Oak Door, a steakhouse located on the sixth floor of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, will be offering monthly lunch-only hamburgers with unique toppings and combinations from April through June. The April offering is the "Salmon Burger" (¥2,200). It features a roasted salmon patty mixed with shallots, chopped capers, and mustard, sandwiched with cucumber, tomato, and red onion. It's served with a cream cheese, herb, and lemon sauce, and is sandwiched in a dill and garlic-flavored bun baked in-house. In May, the "Giant Oak Door Burger" (¥8,800), which was well-received last year, will be introduced. With a 1kg beef patty and a 22cm diameter bun, it's perfect for sharing. Also, in June, the "Chicago Style Dog Burger" (¥2,200), inspired by the Chicago-style hot dog, which is characterized by its lack of ketchup, will be available. It is seasoned only with yellow mustard and salt, and is topped with a beef patty, Vienna sausage, onion, tomato, and pickles.
Please note that all prices do not include tax and service charge.
