Parisian gourmet brand FAUCHON will be selling the perfect spring eclair, "Eclair Sakura" (450 yen), for a limited time until April 12th.
"Eclair Sakura" is an eclair adorned with delicate cherry blossom-themed sugar petals, evoking the arrival of spring. It is coated in a glossy pale pink candy. The mellow and fragrant cherry blossom-flavored custard cream is finished with chopped dried cherries for an elegant sweetness.
