
Grand Hyatt Tokyo will begin offering its Valentine's Day menu from February 1, 2016, and its White Day menu from March 1. Starting February 1, new Valentine's Day sweets and menu items will be available one after another. At Fiorentina Pastry Boutique on the first floor, new sweets will be available, including "Cigar Chocolate" (2,800 yen), made with rice crispies, almonds, and crumbled crêpe dough rolled in milk chocolate; "Chocolat Cosmos" (2,800 yen), a chocolate ornament inspired by planets in space, limited to 250 pieces; and "Valentine Petit Verrine" (1,980 yen), an assortment of five different miniature verrines. Other items on offer include "Golf Ball Chocolat" (3 pieces for 2,000 yen, 6 pieces for 3,800 yen) and "Chocolate Stollen" (1,500 yen). Additionally, Italian cafe Fiorentina on the first floor will be offering a Valentine's Day-only menu item, "Pappardelle with Cacao-Infused Veal Shank Ragu" (3,000 yen), which uses cacao in both the sauce and the homemade pasta. The French Kitchen on the second floor will be offering a Valentine's Day-themed dinner, the "Valentine's Special Menu" (10,000 yen). Keyakizaka on the fourth floor will also be serving "Fondant au Chocolat" (1,550 yen), steamed on a hot plate, and The Oak Door on the sixth floor will be offering a "Valentine's Special Chocolate Menu" (12,000 yen). Maduro, the bar on the fourth floor, will also be serving "Dark Chocolate Martini" (2,000 yen), and The Oak Door Bar on the sixth floor will be serving "Amor" (1,800 yen), a champagne infused with rosewater. Starting March 1st, Fiorentina Pastry Boutique will be offering White Day sweets. Items on sale include the "Petit Coffret" (3,200 yen), a heart-shaped cup made of white chocolate filled with macarons, cookies, and marshmallows, the "Millefiori Candy" (480 yen), handmade art candy, and the "Petit Choux Assortment" (3 pieces for 650 yen, 6 pieces for 1,300 yen), a box of small cream puffs.
