May 2021 be an even better year! Pâtisserie Arnaud Larher Paris' Galette des Rois offers two flavors

Arnaud Larher Paris (Sugar Life Co., Ltd.) in Hiroo, Shibuya Ward will begin selling Galette des Rois in-store and online from January 5, 2021.


Galette des Rois, which means "King's Cake," is a special treat served on the French table to celebrate the New Year. A small ceramic toy called a "fève" is hidden inside the pie, and when a slice is cut, the person whose piece contains the fève is crowned, blessed by everyone, and is said to have a happier year.

To make 2021 an even better year, why not try your luck and celebrate the New Year with Arnaud Larher Paris' Galette des Rois? It will be on sale in stores and online from January 5th until the end of January. We are also accepting reservations for delivery, so please check the online shop for details (the special page will be released at the end of December).

Enjoy the different tastes and textures of fragrant almond cream with skin and almond paste.

●About the fèves


This season's fèves are based on Arnaud Larher's original Galette des Rois. For hygiene reasons, we will actually place a single almond in the pie to represent the fève, and serve the fève separately. Thank you for your understanding.

About Arnaud Larher>
Born in Brittany. After working at Pelier and Dalloyel, he studied under Pierre Hermé during his time at Fauchon. He is loved by Parisians as a unique chocolatier who is particular about "color" and never lets his experience get him complacent, and who never stops evolving every day.

1981: Member of Relais Desserts, an association of pastry chefs and chocolatiers organized by a limited number of members.
1997: Opened his first store in Montmartre. Currently has three stores in Paris.
2007: Awarded the M.O.F (Meilleur Ouvrier National) in the pastry category.
2015: Selected as an "Indispensable Chocolatier" by the C.C.C. (Club des Crocours du Chocolat, a French chocolate enthusiasts' association).
