A new kind of Japanese "soup" proposed by "Odashi Tokyo"

1. Japanese Food Wisdom
People have always devised various ways to make meals more delicious and healthy. At Odashi Tokyo, we reexamine dashi, umami, and the unique Japanese way of using ingredients, creating new ideas and turning them into dishes.

2. Thank you for the meal
The word "gochisou" (thank you for the meal) originally came from the practice of running around and gathering ingredients in order to entertain guests. We value seasonal ingredients, spare no effort in selecting each one, and serve the most delicious food we can.

3. Embracing Soup
Japan has a rich soup culture, including miso soup, porridge, hot pot, oden, and local soups. Odashi Tokyo will embrace Japanese "soup," which has not received much attention until now, and add its own creativity to pass on the culture of soup.

We're introducing sweets

We offer three types of sweets and tea that make use of Japanese culinary wisdom. You can enjoy amazingly delicious sweets that incorporate the wisdom of Japanese cuisine, such as Rausu kelp broth, three-year-aged mirin, and grape sansho pepper.

・Fruit mizu yokan (mango) 748 yen
・Japanese parfait (mirin, sansho pepper, apricot) 858 yen
・Chilled mitarashi 528 yen
Ice cream can be added for an additional 110 yen.

Introducing autumn limited edition menus

New products that change with the seasons are available, such as a soup with a gentle umami flavor made by combining ginger-flavored chicken stock with soy milk, a Japanese-Western fusion pork miso soup made with herb-scented minced pork and Saikyo miso, and a rice porridge made by combining Ise fish sauce made with sea bream from Mie Prefecture with chicken stock and kelp stock, and other ingredients to bring out the umami of mushrooms and the subtle sweetness of chestnuts.

・Soy milk broth with ginger and green vegetables 978 yen
・White pork miso soup with saikyo miso and mashed potatoes 1,303 yen
・Chestnut and sea bream sauce porridge 997 yen

We also have children's meals available

We offer a small bowl of our most popular dish, "Hakata Ichibankori Porridge," for children, free of charge. Please feel free to ask a staff member at the store.
