Soup Stock Tokyo will be holding a six-day "Traveling Delicious Class in Finland" trip from September 4th to 9th, where they will plan and produce workshops as part of a tour organized by Nordic Travel.



Since 2015, Soup Stock Tokyo has held more than 170 "Delicious Classes," workshops that use food as a starting point to think about and taste "delicious." They have become popular for their various content themed around travel and food from less familiar countries.

For this latest "Traveling Delicious Class in Finland," participants will travel to Finland with the workshop staff and experience the "Delicious Class." The first half of September in Finland is the perfect time to enjoy a delicious journey, as the days are still long and mushroom and berry harvesting is underway. During your stay, you can participate in outdoor cooking workshops across the archipelago with local chefs, and make soup on the spot using mushrooms you've foraged in Nuuksio National Park. Through these valuable experiences, participants will be able to reflect on the concept of "delicious."
