Park Hyatt Tokyo offers its heartfelt Christmas cakes, featuring delicate flavors that incorporate European tradition and sensibility. Please enjoy these delicious treats, carefully crafted with love for your special moments.

◆ Rouge 5,300 yen 16cm

Enjoy the marriage of a fruity mousse made with plenty of Amaou strawberries and a refreshing champagne mousse. The biscuit base is made with pistachios and dried strawberries, adding a light texture and a tart accent. The beautiful crimson color is also impressive, and will stand out on your Christmas table.

◆ Satin 4,900 yen 16cm

The mousse inside is made with Valrhona Dulce chocolate, which is known for its rich caramel and fragrant flavor. The addition of the bittersweet chocolate biscuit gives it an exquisitely balanced taste, and the glossy dark chocolate glaze with a coffee aroma and sharp chocolate stick give it a chic finish.

◆ Neige 4,900 yen 16cm

Melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate is layered with smooth hazelnut praline mousse, and the lightness of hazelnut dacquoise and speculoos cookies with a hint of spices also spreads. The visual appearance, reminiscent of angel wings fluttering down, also expresses a gentle taste.

◆Christmas Shortcake 4,900 yen 15cm

This shortcake is made with carefully selected ingredients, with a moist, finely baked sponge and the fresh, gentle flavor of high-quality fresh cream. The generous garnish of fresh strawberries and the aroma of Grand Marnier enhance the elegant taste, making it an unwavering favorite since the shop first opened.

Authentic traditional European pastries, baked using our carefully crafted original recipes. We offer a wide variety of sweets to celebrate the arrival of the holiday season.

◆Lemon Pain de Genes 3,500 yen 18cm

This French baked confectionery uses plenty of almonds, and is finished with a refreshing taste by adding domestic lemons. Wrapped in the same star-shaped box, it is perfect as a joyous seasonal souvenir or small gift.

◆Christmas Stollen 3,200 yen 19.5cm x 12.5cm
Kneaded with plenty of dried fruits and nuts, it has an authentic taste. *A mini size (2,400 yen 15.5cm x 9.5cm) is also available.

◆Marron Stollen 3,600 yen 18.5cm x 7.5cm
The rich taste of large Japanese chestnuts and black figs is popular every year.
