From October 1st to November 12th, the Marble Lounge on the first floor of Hilton Tokyo will be hosting a new autumn sweets buffet, "Marie Antoinette - The Queen's Masquerade," following on from the currently popular "Marie Antoinette Sweets Haute Couture."
In a space reminiscent of a queen's bedroom, with a noble purple base and sensually scattered with luxurious masks, jewels, roses, perfume and lingerie, you can enjoy over 30 kinds of sweets and savory dishes made with figs, pomegranates, pears and other ingredients, as well as 10 kinds of tea from Ronnefeldt, a luxury German tea brand, served by teapot service. The price is 3,980 yen per person (4,300 yen on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and will be held every day during the period. [In cooperation with Atelier Pierrot]

Each table will be decorated with a birdcage-shaped afternoon tea stand adorned with masks and smoky-colored flowers, and a beautifully decorated dessert trolley will travel around the tables to serve desserts in line with the theme. We will also continue to offer a live station where you can enjoy freshly made assiette desserts while watching the chefs' skills up close. In this new lifestyle, we will be able to provide the excitement and photogenic experience of a buffet in a safer and more secure way, while also allowing you to enjoy the elegant service that only a hotel can offer in a relaxed space.

Inspired by the story of Queen Marie Antoinette sneaking out of the Palace of Versailles to secretly attend a masked ball in Paris one autumn night, this sweets buffet is designed to resemble the queen's bedroom, littered with dresses, masks and jewels as she gets changed without the help of maids. Guests can savor a variety of sweets that they would savor in secret after a masked ball.

Hilton Tokyo Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Harita's sophisticated sweets offer a sophisticated taste, combining autumn fruits with accents of vanilla, cinnamon, and red wine, resulting in a selection of new creations with deep flavors and elegant forms. Desserts are not self-service, with guests served by staff from a beautifully decorated sweets cart in keeping with the Marie Antoinette theme.
※1 『Tonight's Wig』The desserts include "Tonight's Wig" (*1), a rose mousse with apricots hidden inside, and raspberry cream and meringue arranged to look like a stylish wig; "Secret Poire" (*2), a French autumn treat, queche wrapped in pear bavarois and topped with a glossy blueberry glaze; and "L'Evantaille" (*3), a crispy pâté sucre topped with milk chocolate cream and raisins compote in red wine and orange, inspired by the queen's fan, and many other sweets perfect for preparing for a glamorous masquerade ball.
The lineup, inspired by the Queen's late-night snack sweets, begins with the "Queen's Favourite" (※4), a tea pound cake made with milky and sour fermented milk and rose, topped with caramelized apples flavored with anise and cinnamon, and continues with the "Praline Café in" which is a hazelnut and coffee dacquoise sandwich with coffee butter cream. We offer a diverse selection of desserts that are full of autumn flavors, including the "Bed" (*5), and the sophisticated "Passpartout" (*6), a champagne-flavored mousse with a fig compote simmered in spiced red wine.

Refreshing glass-style sweets include "Amethyst" (※7), a lavender-flavored blackcurrant jelly made with Kyoho grapes, and "Parfum d'Amour" (※8), a fromage blanc with green apple compote and a refreshing finish made with lime and vervain.Your heart will be delighted by the enchantingly beautiful sweets, such as "macarons," "chestnut madeleines," and "Bijou Rose" (※9), a rare cheesecake topped with pomegranate and rose jelly.
Enjoy six types of sweets at the Live Station, where the chef will prepare and serve them fresh right in front of you. In addition to the elegant "Biscuit de Savoie," made with generous amounts of Nasu Royal Eggs, and the "Puy d'Amour," a charred puff pastry filled with cream flavored with green anise, new items have also been introduced, such as the "Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc," an original Japanese chestnut-based paste squeezed into an ultra-fine Mont Blanc cream dispenser, served fresh. In addition to sweets, you can also enjoy light meals such as pasta, sandwiches, and soups made with plenty of autumn ingredients.

Drinks include a selection of 10 teas perfect for autumn from Ronnefeldt, a luxury German tea brand. In addition to the classic Earl Grey and Darjeeling, there are also other drinks to enjoy with sweets, such as Black Toffee, a toffee-scented blend made by slowly simmering butter and sugar, and Rooibos Caramel, a caramel-scented blend.
Enjoy an autumn sweet time to your heart's content, surrounded by elegant and uplifting sweets while immersed in the picturesque world of Marie Antoinette.
