The star of Shiseido Parlour's new parfait is large cherries! Made with Sato Nishiki and Kohoshu cherries

Jun 17, 2017

Shiseido Parlour is offering limited-time parfaits made with seasonal Sato Nishiki and Benishuho cherries from Yamagata Prefecture.

At the Ginza main store Salon de Cafe, from June 20th to 30th, they will be offering the "Yamagata Prefecture Okada Orchard Sato Nishiki Parfait" (2,480 yen including tax), an adorable parfait with a refreshing acidity and elegant sweetness, using carefully selected large Sato Nishiki cherries delivered directly from the farm in the sauce, sorbet, and compote.

At the Nihonbashi Takashimaya store, Yokohama Takashimaya store, Yokohama Sogo store, and Nagoya store, two parfaits made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients will be available. Until the end of June, they will be offering the "Yamagata Prefecture Sato Nishiki Cherry Parfait," which uses Sato Nishiki cherries for decoration. From late June to early July, they will be offering a Yamagata Prefecture "Benishuhide" cherry parfait decorated with "Benishuhide" cherries, a cross between Sato Nishiki and Tenkanishiki. All parfaits are available for 1,890 yen including tax.

Please note that the menu contents and availability period may change depending on the fruit availability.
