This time, the special Ginza flagship store offers the "Classic Chocolate Cake" (2,700 yen), a blend of Le Printanier-Napoleon, a French brandy named after Emperor Napoleon, and the orange liqueur Cointreau. The "Classic Brandy Cake" (2,500 yen) is a richer version of the classic "Brandy Cake," made with Napoleon's beloved cognac (VSOP), brandy, and Wasanbon sugar. Additionally, stores nationwide are currently selling the "Brandy Cake" (1,800 yen), simply baked with carefully selected ingredients and featuring the aroma of an original blend of brandy.
