PAVILION, a contemporary food and liquor store in Nakameguro, Tokyo, run by Smiles, has launched a beer garden where everyone can share a large piece of meat, available exclusively on the terrace.

The surprisingly reasonable price of 3,900 yen for two hours with all-you-can-drink is 3,900 yen, and the main dish of this plan is the Italian regional dish "charcoal-grilled porchetta." Pork is seasoned with mustard and chopped fresh herbs, left to rest overnight, and then slowly grilled for about two hours, resulting in a hearty, hearty meal that can be shared and enjoyed by everyone.

In addition to this hearty main dish, there is also the "Hinaichi Chicken Soft-Boiled Egg and Summer Truffle Carbonara," which combines the rich flavor of carbonara and the fizzy, melt-in-your-mouth espuma with refreshing summer truffles, the "Yamagata Beef Roast Beef and Raw Sea Urchin Rice," which combines carefully selected luxurious ingredients, the "Whole Lettuce and Couscous Caesar Salad," which uses a whole lettuce, and the "Arita Chicken Frites," which is a delicious dish with a rich, melt-in-your-mouth espuma topped with refreshing summer truffles. There is also a menu where each person can choose two dishes from a total of 10 dishes, such as "Special Gorgonzola Sauce" and "Shrimp and Broccoli Ajillo." If each person chooses a different dish and shares them, it's a great system that allows you to discover a variety of flavors.

Please note that this beer garden plan is limited to 30 people per day (minimum of 2 people) and costs 3,900 yen for 2 hours including all-you-can-drink. The all-you-can-drink menu includes draft beer, sparkling wine, highballs, homemade digestifs, orange juice, and more, but for an additional 1,000 yen you can also enjoy cocktails such as mojitos and melon balls.
